Our costs have increased, but your stall fees don’t have to. 
We spend more hours on administration when stallholders book weekly. To save time we’re offering early bird booking prices for stallholders who book their markets by the month. From 1 July, the standard stall fee will increase to $140.50 per booking, however, the stall fee will be $110.50 per booking for early birds.  

Early Bird Bookings – it pays to be organised.
This new pricing system will begin on 1 July for all future bookings.  
Early Bird Bookings will be available for all future stall bookings.  

How it works. 
The Early Bird Booking window will open on the 20th of each month and close at 5pm on the 25th. Bookings will be made via Issimo (same as usual) however, you will need to book for the entire month ahead to benefit from the Early Bird Booking price. 

For example: you’re planning to attend two markets in the month of August - Carlton on the 3rd and Alphington on the 18th. If you book before 5pm on the 25th of July for both market dates, you will pay $110.50 for each booking. If you book after 5pm on the 25th of July, you will pay the new standard stall fee ($140.50) for each of the two August markets. 

Do I need to pay for the entire month at once? 
No. Your stall fee will be charged on the Tuesday prior to market day. 
We will not take a lump sum out when you book ahead. 

Can I cancel for free?  
Yes! Cancellations are free when stallholders cancel before 5pm on the Tuesday before market day.
Cancellations made after 5pm on that day may not be refunded.  

If there are special circumstances, we may refund the stall fee. However, all cancellations after 5pm on the Tuesday before the market day incur a fee ($12) to cover our costs. Refunds will be done through the refund function in Stripe. 

How do I cancel? 
Stallholders must do one of the following if they want to change or cancel their market attendance: 

1. Update your booking on Issimo. 
2. Phone/text the MFM market mobile: 0429 146 627  
3. Email: info@mfm.com.au 

Verbal notifications of cancellation to market day managers on market days are not sufficient communication.
