What new stalls are at Melbourne Farmers' Market?

If you're a regular at the market, you may have noticed we have many new stalls coming into the market, we're getting bigger to bring you the good stuff!

We've included a summary of some of the new stalls, and there's more to come - including new seasonal veggies, fruit and flowers that you will see spring up at the markets in the coming weeks.

1. TRMSU

Last Saturday, TRMSU joined us for their first market at Coburg Farmers Market, sharing with us their artisanal tiramisu.

Clancy & Finley, two brothers travelled the globe learning about the history of tiramisu and the variations from different regions of Italy.

Equipped with knowledge and locally sourced Victorian ingredients, they’ve created a decadent tiramisu. With just eight ingredients, they craft their own mascarpone and savoiardi to bring you a slice of heaven that, as they say, celebrates tradition, authenticity, and the joy of handmade goodness—and we couldn’t agree more.

2. The Tent of Falafels

Ah The Tent of Falafels, the team at Tent of Falafels have filled the falafel-shaped hole in our heart that we didn't even realise was there.

Their falafels are pillowy soft, matched with the freshness of local ingredients. They offer wraps or a bowl with vegan and gluten free friendly options.

3. Rollies Doughnuts

Rollies Doughnuts' tagline is 'Honest, handcrafted and delicious' and they've nailed the trifecta in our opinion. Their doughnuts are based on an old German recipe using a slow-rise artisan yeast dough and they are served fresh and hot.

They have 4 doughnuts on their menu - including the classic and the doughnuts holes, a dark chocolate strawberry and raspberry jam doughnut. We couldn't go past the classic so we're hanging out for their next market to try the dark chocolate strawberry doughnut.

4. Timmering Food & Beverage Co

Timmering is a small family-run farm in the heart of Timmering, Victoria. Here they carefully tend to their farm to ensure the freshness and flavour of their produce.

They craft small batches of preserves perfecting their products season after season. Despite doing small batches, their range is by no means small, ranging from chutneys and relish, to syrups and jellies.

8. Goldi

Goldi crafts their virgin olive oil on their family farm in Goulburn Valley, where they harvest and press olives each April to create fresh, flavourful olive oil.

For their lemon, lime, and chilli agrumato, they crush whole fresh seasonal produce with their olives to create true-to-fruit flavours that elevate any dish.

Goldi is not only committed to quality products, but also to sustainable farming. They use sheep to naturally manage weeds, return carbon to the soil by spreading excess olive pits and biochar, and utilise solar power to minimise the farm’s footprint.
